According to Tripadvisor, Boreumsup is the #1 restaurant in Seogwipo city, Jeju. It's famous for their Hanwoo Beef BBQ and I've been planning to visit since the last trip to Jeju in 2023 when I got to taste Hanwoo Beef for the first time in my life.
Unfortunately the location of the restaurant is quite secluded and you either drive or take an Uber ride there. Below is the Google Map with the location of the place. (Its better to use Kakao Map in South Korea though):
On our recent trip, the whole island was covered in fog, so while the drive there felt a bit dangerous, it also gave it a mysterious and exciting prelude to the dinner.

We went for both Hanwoo Beef as well as the famous Jeju Black Pork. Needless to say, some Cass Beer to wash it all down!

I sure think Hanwoo beef is better than Wagyu, but unfortunately it is nearly impossible to get it exported out of South Korea. It just gives me an added incentive to visit again~
