As I approaches my 45th birthday, I start to take stock of where I stand in terms of the 5 Types of Wealth. It is going to be very hard to track the progress without some way of quantifying domain and setting a baseline. And for this purpose I've created a dashboard on Excel and below are the results:

Looking at the table, I've decided that I'm going to work on improving my Physical and Inner Wealth for the remainder of 2025...
In terms of Physical Health I've set myself a target of walking 300k steps a month compared to approximately only 150k steps a month, and lose 5kg from 80kg. And in order to achieve that I need to fix some long term injuries that I've had for decades. I've decided to visit Singapore Alternative Medicine after hearing good things about Dr Soh's treatment for chronic issues. 2 treatments later I feel like I've got reintroduced to a new left shoulder and left knee! Amazing stuff~

And in terms of Inner/Spiritual Wealth, I've decided to devote more time to reading, and I hope Atomic Habits by James Clear will let me find that 1% improvement in my life~
Now I only hope that I'm disciplined enough to update the 5-TOW Dashboard on a monthly basis and update again in the next month!
